Red bump

So I woke up yesterday with this large bump on my neck. It is painful to touch. I've tried popping it like a pimple with no luck. It doesn't have a white head and there is no hair there. I am roughly 4-5 weeks pregnant. Should I get this checked right away for should I wait to see if it's just a pimple. +none of my family knows I'm pregnant so I don't want them to know about it. Wasn't sure if it could be hormones, the pregnancy, pimple, lymph nodes, or what... please give advice!
