TTC and Diabetes?

Is any one diabetic and TTC? What are doing to stay stress free and blood levels where they are suppose to be?

I have a feeling that i have it I've got all the symptoms(tingling fingers, always sleepy/hungry, light headed) making and appointment today.😢
