Period like cramps

I am 6 weeks PP and me and my husband had a quickie at 4 weeks PP and he pulled out. I asked my doctor To do a blood HCG test at 14 days after we had sex and it was negative. Anyways, my question is, has any breastfeeding mamas experienced slight cramping for a week or more without period? I have very little Egg white discharge. I have taken At home tests also. All negative. Is cramping like a period normal? With my first child I had my period back by 5 weeks so I never had this happen. I am exclusively breastfeeding. Yes I know I can still get pregnant while breastfeeding. Not claiming I can’t. Just need to know about the cramping.
