Help! Severe vomiting and diarrhea!

Im 13 weeks pregnant and woke up about an hour ago with nonstop vomiting and simultaneous diarrhea, sorry TMI. I have had some morning sickness in the first trimester but nothing like this. Can't stop in the shower, while I try to get ready for work, nothing. Now as I write this I feel severe cramping as another bout is coming on. I have to go to work in 45 min. Any advice as how to make it STOP! Please, and thank you!
