So frustrating

It's so frustrating not knowing. Glow says I am 6 dpo, fertility friend says 8dpo. I tested positive with an opk last Monday late morning early afternoon. I decided today to take a hcg test. Negative but I keep either getting line eyes or a faint line that is so faint that my camera can't pick anything up. I am hoping I am just testing too early. We baby danced pretty much every other day until my fertility then baby danced everyday. My gut is just saying that this month is just not our month :-(
