Ever suddenly feel not pregnant?

Ever since I went to the emergency room on Sunday. I just haven't felt pregnant like I did before. I went for bleeding but they came back saying the amount of bleeding I was having is common in early pregnancy and that I was also dehydrated. I have a follow up with the doctor tomorrow. They also said my hcg were low and I was looking a week behind what I thought I was. But since then I just don't feel pregnant and it worries me. I mean I am tired all the time and I am going to the bathroom all the time but that is it. My boobs don't hurt anymore. I am super bitchy but not emotional like I was several days ago.  I just want to be able to experience being pregnant again. I am scared that this going to end in nothing. I might just be paranoid.
