sometimes that happens to me and my best advice i can give you is to relax. if you start worrying about being able to orgasm or not then you won't. what i usually do is put on a type of porn that i want (i can't orgasm without something visual) and then i just watch and relax and do whatever makes me feel good. sometimes it takes five minutes. sometimes it takes 40-60. but just make sure you're comfortable, doing what makes you feel good, maybe watching something if that helps, and don't worry about what happens. also if you don't already, focus on the clit more often, it's very sensitive and will help you reach faster and have more feeling.
