First off, I’m breastfeeding my LO. My milk came in on day 3. My lactation nurse told me he should have 3-4 poopy diapers a day. Today is day 6, and he only had 1 poopy diaper, and there was barely anything there. Is this normal or should I worry? He doesn’t seem fussy and he eats plenty.
