Two miscarriages, should i go back on birth control?

I recently had another miscarriage and a d&c; done, my husband and i don’t want to try again for a few months. I was on the depo for a year and have been off it for a year so my periods were irregular. I was wondering if I’m better off go back on the pill to regulate my period and then go back off it when we wanna try again. Or is it better to let my body figure things out on its own?
