Extreme cramping

For about a month now Ive had an off and on subtle pain in my right ovary. Almost like someone’s putting pressure on one spot. I got my period on time and everything’s fine, but the pain didn’t go away after. I also have almost constant discomfort all across my ovarian area like I would if I had menstrual cramps. Tonight I went pee then the pain got so extreme I was close to throwing up and was about to pass out, the pain was so bad I couldn’t walk. My temperature spiked and I had to stay still till it subsided which I eventually did. Now I feel okay. Anyone know what could be going on with me?
