Negative blood type?

So I’ve read mixed reviews about this, i have A- blood type and my husband has A+

I’ve read that it can be okay for your first pregnancy but any other pregnancies after that can cause problems. I’ve had one healthy pregnancy and two miscarriages and the one just recently so i guess I’m just trying to find answers... I’ve read about getting the anti D shot but they won’t give that to you until your in your third trimester.

Can anyone give me more information about this?
