How long?

I'm trying to figure out what is the normal length of time after having an IUD removed that women get pregnant. I had my IUD removed on May 20, 2015 after having it in for over 3 years and went on the pill. Well because my insurance company messed up I had to wait a week after removal before I could even get my birth control filled. I informed my boyfriend of this. We had unprotected sex 3 times during that week and now I'm nervous about even taking the pill as I don't know if I might be pregnant. The day before I had my IUD removed I started my period and it would normally last for only a day or two but I guess because of the removal I had light bleeding for a little over a week so I have no idea if I was ovulating or not or even when I'm supposed to start ovulating. Can anyone give some insight to this??
