1st time mom & 7 weeks pregnant: bleeding & can’t afford emergency room

Hi everyone, has anyone bled at around 7 weeks? I started spotting lightly after spinning class last week. The spotting has continued for a week and yesterday it actually became darker like blood. I don’t have pain and I’m not passing cramps. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and still positive. I still have a bloated tummy and sore breasts. What can this be? I would imagine a miscarriage would be bloodier and painful. I know that it could be a sensitive cervix or a hematoma but wondering how likely it is that I can miscarry sometime soon.
