😳 Please help me.

I work at least 8 hours every day. I'm 26 weeks pregnant. My feet begin to hurt after I've been standing for 3 ish hours. I am on my feet for the whole 8 hours. I bought new shoes and even bought gel inserts. By the time I get home my feet hurt so bad. It's excruciating. I can't even stand up without cringing. I have a toddler so laying down with my feet up all day is not an option.. I'm open to any tips or anything! 😌😌
