My hcg levels

So I had my second blood work this week Monday I was at 121 and today I got my results from yesterday 2/1/18 and it was 451 and the nurse was the one who told me my results and instead of saying good they went up she says “they are low you aren’t bleeding right” I’m like uhh no not at all and she was just rude but I’m almost 5 weeks so aren’t these good numbers I mean they more than doubled so I don’t understand why she made me feel paranoid that something is wrong with my numbers
