Getting rid of a headache while pregnant

Obviously, I can't take any tablets to release the tension, nor can I use any creams that can be applied to the forehead or pained area (due to my skin sensitivity, I've been advised to stay away from these). I feel like my only option is sleep but sometimes I still wake up with one and it just seems like I'm sleeping all the time! Any help? any ways you get rid of your headaches? xx

I have also heard that if you put your hands in cold water and a heat pack on the back of your neck it's meant to help.

Lavender Essential oil. rub it on your temples... there are quite a few essential oils that work well! Check out Do Terra or Thieves brand.

I couldn’t drink coffee in the first trimester, it made me sick. I would drink caffeinated pop or tea

Does it have to be in the form of coffee or can it be a fizzy drink? As I can't drink coffee, even before pregnancy it would make me ill xx
