So there’s this guy in my class and I like him. And he knows I like him and I’m sure he likes me but he keeps telling me “he’s not ready” for a relationship. Like I want a relationship with this guy but all he does is say he’s not ready. What do I do? Do I just wait? Do I confront him? I don’t know

Don't confront him. He's already told you his answer. You can wait for him, but don't feel guilty if you develop a crush on someone else in the mean time. Can always pursue another relationship.
