Teeth
This is kind of random lmao but I’ve had braces for4 years then after that got my retainers my teeth were so beautiful and straight until I lost my retainers a couple months after getting them . It’s been 2 years now since I had them off and my gap came back . It’s not as big as it was before I got braces but it’s noticeable. I’ve heard of this bands that are used to close gaps.. has anyone heard of them or even tried them?
