Anyone else get ovulation pain?

Question

For a long time I wasn't sure what it was. I have had many scares! Doctors have thought it was appendicitis, pcos, interstitial cystitis, ruptured ovarian cyst, constipation, etc. Just curious as to how common it is. Feel free to comment - I'd love to hear your stories!

This is my second cycle TTC but first cycle using OPKs. I tested everyday starting at CD7 and finally got a positive at 5:30am CD17. I retested at 9am still positive and again at 8:30pm (because I was excited). Right before bed and for a few hours I had very sharp right pelvic cramps. I was also wondering if I would be the woman to have symptoms like some others and there was no denying it!

I honestly don't know, I get mild cramps all throughout my cycle, I don't even know what ovulation would feel like. yesterday I got some sharp pain around that area, ive been getting noticable cm (don't usually see any) and very high sex drive but my opks are still negative so I'm clueless.

Anyone else get ovulation pain?
