irregular AF/no CM/TTC for a year

Hi has anyone else had an issue where they feel dryer than the Sahara desert down there..always. Unless turned on, there is nothing down there so I fear that I'm never ovulating. I do get my period and it was regular for about 5 years and until this past year, my dates have been switching randomly. I went from getting AF at the end of the month, to the beginning now..nearly a 12 day difference. I'm only 20 years old. My partner and I have been trying for a year. We are very sexually active so the possibility of not doing things at the right time is almost, well, impossible. In between cycles, I have no CM. I feel useless. I haven't had a ride to my OBGYN because mine is almost an hour away and I have no car right now. It's been bothering me and I know we've all dealt with the sadness that comes with recieving a visit from AF when expecting not to, but I feel like I don't even have a chace. Has anyone had this issue but still been able to conceive? I feel hopeless.
