CD 85, then this...

I haven’t had my period for a few months. I’ve been cramping for the past few weeks. When I wiped earlier, there was very light pink/brown on the toilet paper. Just went to the bathroom again, and when I wiped, there’s a ton of EWCM and brownish/pinkish discharge (blood?) I have an apt for the 15th of this month. What could this be? Period returning, implantation bleeding, etc. (the pictures look very brown but are more pink tinged in person) Update: had a tampon in for about 5 hours. Looks like this. This is not how a period usually is for me.
