for as long as I can remember I've had a huge lump in my right boob, it started growing around 13/14 and has gotten significantly larger its about 3inches now. I'm 21 not btw. it's oval shaped, very firm and I can move it around. And a little clear/white discharge comes out of both of my nipples if i squeeze them. idk if that's normal?

I think there could be one in the back my vaginal canal also.. but the lump isnt as hard and doesn't move.

my parents never took me to doctors and ive never mentioned it to anyone until my s/o noticed the lump in my breast. Also don't think I have insurance, which is why I've never gone to a doctor.

I'm not sure what to do? I feel like my hormones have been off for as long as I can remember but I don't think I have any weird symptoms
