How can I️ get rid of blackheads?

And just like acne in general because my skin is annoying. I used to have a Clarisonic  and I’m thinking of buying a much cheaper off brand one. Any other ideas?

I use the L'Oreal pure clay face wash. The exfoliate and refine one. It's the clay that is the reddish brown color. It works really well if you use it every day

once I started taking prenatal pills/ vitamins and drinking a lot of water my face and body cleared up. I do not use anything but Dove soap on my face and body. make sure you change your sheets and pillow cases every week or at least wash them because the built up oil and all that is left in your bed it can cause break outs.
