endo belly

Hey guys... I had a mmc 11th dec....a CP on 15th jan and now im CD 20 and AF is due in 9 days. Im not testing early incase of a CP again....but I'm looking at my endo belly and thinking I wonder if it's this that's causing me to lose my pregnancies? anyone else get this ridiculously bloated?
