How do you ladies use tampons everyday?

I'm just curious, but some people only use tampons on their periods. But how do you manage to insert a dry tampon up inside of you every day, even on your really light days? I would love to switch over to tampons, I just don't know if I could handle it😂🌸

If you’re dry, or have a flow so light even the lowest absorption tampon wouldn’t get much, don’t use a tampon. Use a pad or liner ( or free flow, if you’re into that).

you don't just insert a dry tampon, it comes with an applicator

I use tampons in the middle when flow is heavier, I don't sleep with a tampon in either I don't think you're supposed too. I try to use tampons as little as I can, but can't go out with a pad on
