they want to cancel my IVF this cycle

I have three 17mm follicles and two 10 mm follicles, my uterine lining is 10mm. They told me this morning at my scan they recommend me canceling this cycle and starting over on different meds. She says that after telling me I’m perfectly fertile wtf.. I’m so aggravated..  I’m self pay and she says well you’ll just lose out on cost of meds and couple thousand in blood work and ultrasounds.. no big deal. She luckily is not my RE just another one in the office. They are going to call me after my blood work comes back today and they consult with my RE and go from there., if I go thru with it tho as planned it’s 4K to do another cycle plus meds so really is only a couple thousand more than if I cancel and start over.. would you cancel or go thru with it.. I think we planning on moving forward just want some opinions.
