Still no period...

Ok ladies so I didnt get a period at all for January. But yesterday I went pee and there is some brownish liquidy stuff there and a little when I wipe. I had cramps yesterday on and off and Was bloated, so I thought for sure I was going to get it yesterday or today. Still nothing. I took a test on the 31st on January it came back negative. I’m kinda freaking out. Could I be pregnant or just late period maybe? Have any of you experienced this?
