I got my first BFP yesterday at 9/10dpo. My boobs are sore, I've been cramping and feeling nauseous. Has anyone else been here? I know these are all normal signs but every little cramp has been worrying it's another ectopic.

The last time I didn't know I was pregnant but got really sick and was taken to hospital. Ended up with emergency surgery to remove the ruptured tube and drain cysts from the other side.

It has been a long 12 months waiting for this and I'm so excited but I'm also really scared....
