Teat sizes?

My LO is 12 weeks and is my first baby. I was just wondering when I should use a faster flow teat on the bottles? I’m using tommy tippee size 1 at the minute. Size 2 says it’s a mid flow and from 3 months. How do I know if she needs it? Has anyone else switched teats?

I never went past medium flow. I switched to medium flow with the introduction of food. I'd mix cereal in the early morning bottle. She slept through the night and woke early starving but never wanted to stay awake, so a cereal bottle kept the belly fuller until she truly woke up

If she seems frustrated with trying to get milk out quicker. My guy would get so angry, and cause the teat to collapse.lol

My baby started to refuse bottles when he was ready for a faster flow. He’d get so mad about the slow nipples he’d just give up on eating altogether.
