Baby envy

I hope someone here has some words of advice. My husband and I have been TTC for 6 months now, he is 42, me almost 30. I have a young female employee in her early 20s who accidentally got "knocked up". I am having a hard time dealing with her constant "yea, guess I should have been more careful" and her "oops" commentary while referring to how she accidentally got pregnant. While it is just not that easy for my husband and I. I am having a hard time separating jealousy over how her irresponsibilities have awarded her with the one thing we have always wanted. Has anyone been through this? How did you cope? Thanks in advance.
