Backache relief? Need tips
2nd trimester backaches are killing me! Seems like every afternoon I have lumbar pain, whether I'm sitting, standing, driving, etc. Sometimes stretching or a heat pad help, but it doesn't last. Anyone else going through this? Any tips?
