Yesterday I fell asleep on the couch and had a dream a baby was kicking inside me. It felt so real. Then I went upstairs and went to bed and dreamt I had a BFP test and it’s like it really happened.🤔🤔🤔. Have any of you dreamt about it before getting a positive test
