Helppp 🙇🏼‍♀️

Okay so I am 37+1. I started loosing my plug on Monday. I've been having timeable contractions since Tuesday. On Wednesday I had an appointment and was told I was 2cm and really soft, baby was engaged and she felt his head. She guessed 1-2 weeks max.

Now here's my worry.. my contractions haven't stopped nor gotten worse. Every once in a while I'll get a pretty tough one but then it's back to a cramp type feeling. So I strongly believe I've dilated more since it only took one night of these to get me to a 2. So far, my pregnancy has been the same as my moms was with me, and she had me 4 hours after her first contraction. I'm worried because I live an hour away from my hospital and in my head I keep thinking what if my water breaks and I progress so fast I won't make it?😳 ugh I almost went to l&d; just to get checked earlier. I don't have an appointment till Wednesday. I've had soo much pressure the past couple nights when I try to walk I swear I can feel his head so low into my cervix. I've also had allot more bm (sorry) and allot less fetal movement. I have a doppler and he's okay as far as heart rate, but everything together makes me think he's ready to come out and I'm so scared I won't catch it in time. Ugh what do you ladies think?

Should I just go tomorrow morning to get checked or should I try to wait for my appointment Wednesday?
