Looking into buying my first home. There's just one question I need to ask. If you get a mortgage on a house (I have great credit score so sure I'd be accepted) do you need to pay the initial cost of the house also? The one I'm looking at is £32,000 so would I need to pay that plus the £115 a month (for 25 years) or is the £115 a month instead of paying it in bulk??
