ovulation cramps?

hi, this is my first time posting. My bf and I have decided that we want to have a baby. this month is the first month that we're actually trying. I was tracking my periods and ovulation so that I wouldn't get pregnant. According to this app, I'm ovulating today. I have never had cramps like this in the FW. it's on the right side and it feels like pms but AF is not supposed to arrive until the 17th. the fertile week started on the 30th and we've done the BD every other day in the fertile week including today. has anyone ever experienced this? it's so painful that I may make an appointment for urgent care. Am I being too dramatic?
