Her name is Kiara, she’s a husky that lives not to far from us. She’s such a sweet girl and we usually see her when my family takes our dog on walks. She always comes to the corner of her fence to say hello and bark at our dog. But today when my dad took our dog for a walk Kiara was laying in the mud in the corner of her face laying down and not moving. Some kids were sitting at the bench a few feet away playing truth or dare. When my dad was coming back from the walk the kids were still sitting at the bench and started talking to me dad. One of the dare was to go visit Kiara and only then did she life her head.

I met Kiara’s owner once with my sister and she seemed pretty nice. We talked about Kiara and the other husky they had but we rarely saw. She was telling us how they always get into trash and bring to their backyard. And then my dad was saying this; “They can train their dog not to do that and they need to clean up after after their dogs.”

I’m just very worried about Kiara and the other dogs that the people have. Kiara is such a good girl and would hate to see something happen to her. What should I do?
