Unprotected sex HELP!

So Hi guys me and my boyfriend had an unprotected sex last jan 2 and it was my first time trying sex. After 2 days I had a dark red but a light bleeding. my last menstruation was dec 21-26. But today is my day 46 of my cycle and sometimes I am having nausea, left pelvic bone pain (*idk maybe I am just paranoid huhuhuhu*) and bloating. So I took a test and it was negative. Is there a possibility that I am pregnant? Sometimes I have a regular and irregular menstruation. My longest waiting for my menstration is 3 months.
