How do people keep up with gym schedules? Holy cow

I wanna start going to the gym but the problem is that I don’t have the time!!!! I work 8:30-5:30/6 but it takes me an hour to get anywhere because I take the bus. I leave at 7 and don’t get back until after 7pm and will have to be in bed by 10!!! I have epilepsy that is triggered by sleep deprivation so I have to get a set amount of sleep time so it’s not like I can go late at night or early in the morning either.

I also live in a super tiny apartment with 4 other people so it’s not like I can do at home workouts in the living room and out bedroom only has enough space to walk through because it’s so small!

I don’t know how you ladies keep it up but props to you!!!!!! 💓💕
