People who gave their baby, did you give them oatmeal or rice cereal?

Ive only given rice one so far, my dr said to introduce oatmeal very little and slow since it could constipate them bc of iron

I have given oatmeal- so much more healthier and has more nutritional value than rice cereal

We do oatmeal but only a little mixed with fruit or veggies. She loves it, though it does firm up her poops a little. She doesn't seem to be having trouble though. I think the veggies and fruits help balance it out

I use the oatmeal as we couldn’t find a rice cereal in a brand we liked. We’re using happy baby formula and decided to give her the oatmeal cereal from the same brand. She loves it! But poops a bit more seedy now. She’s combo breastmilk and formula, as I’m starting to wean her (milk supply is drying out - pumping as I write this 😂🤷🏽‍♀️)

My baby eats oatmeal way better, but I try to do rice mixed with a veggie she likes, like sweet potatoes.
