Possibly pregnant?

So my period was supposed to come today and it didnt. I had spotting 9-10 dpo with cramps a few days before and a day after. I am now 13 dpo. But my cervix is confusing me. It moves constantly and goes between medium soft and hard and goes from open to almost closed. And at the moment its low hard and a bit open. So idk if I should be expecting Af tomorrow or not. My temp is still high. Some symptoms ive been having is twinges in my breasts and nipples, headaches, a break out in acne, and I woke up this morning with a sinus infection. Should I be expecting Af to come because of my cervix? Pls comment what your cervix was like when you got your bfp. TIA 😊
