question

ok iv bled for 7 days from 23 to yeasterday iv had ton of pain from under my rib cage to shoot in my middle of my back i did also just have my daughter kick me not to long ago from tickling her but i always feel like i have to puke after eating and i get sharp pain in my low ab i feel nauses in am but iv takin 3 prenacy test and all negative i had an tuble pregancy last yr about july aug anyone with same problem HELP!!!
