Something on scan results but never got a call back ?

I had an ultra sound on my stomach a little over a week ago, all through the week I was ringing to see if the results had come back and they hadn’t, got to Friday and the woman on the phone said ‘there’s something on them, I’m going to get a doctor to call you’ I waited all afternoon/evening and nothing, with it being Friday I’ve had to wait all weekend and worry myself to death! Could it be something serious or even something little she couldn’t tell me??
