Peg preggo car seat vs uppa baby ?

Hi all just starting researching my best friend loves her peg pretty car seat but has the uppa baby vista stroller. We think we want the uppa baby not sure about car seat another friend of ours has the uppa baby. This is all a bit confusing as so many out there and models. I know the uppa baby comes with a bassinet but I was just gonna be a Fischer price one that has storage at the bottom. I’m not to crazy on the basinet for the stroller. Any recommendations are welcome !

We have the uppababy car seat and the vista stroller. We love both. If you are like for sure going with the vista then I really recommend getting the mesa car seat so that you can put the car seat right on the stroller. With my newborn we've only used the bassinet once or twice but we use the car seat in the stroller all of the time. It's just more convenient!

You can buy an infant insert for the uppababy and then you don’t need to worry about attaching the car seat or buying the bassinet! I have the uppababy cruz and I loveeeee it. I’ve had it since July 2016 and I’ve never had I single problem with it. Such a great purchase and SO user friendly 🤗

I’m going with Peg Perego car seat and a Baby Jogger City Select for stroller. Like the Uppa, it can convert to two seats and has all the same accessories, however it’s got bigger, sturdier wheels and it’s a few hundred dollars less. The Peg Perego is a bit cheaper also and about half a pound less in weight. I’m super happy with both!

Are you asking about the car seats or the strollers? With the car seats you really have to try them in your vehicle. Not all seats fit all cars. Personally I find both peg and uppababy products insanely overpriced.
