When do you start wearing your menstrual cup?

I just started spotting and it will be my first time using a cup. I didn’t have a period last month, and I’m pretty confident this one will be pretty heavy. I don’t know if I should put it in now, or wait until tomorrow when my flow might be heavier.

The moment I see anything after I wipe, I put it in. I'll empty at 12 hours, then 4-6 after that, but just the first two days. You can practice for a good seal now while it's not messy.

I put mine in the night before my period is supposed to start. I empty it when I first wake up, in the middle of the day, & before I go to bed.

I don’t spot at the beginning of my period. I got my period today (yay! Ready for hell week) when I was at Starbucks and sneezed. No spotting or anything leading up to it. Just sneezed and everything came rushing out.
