I have read that Aloe juice can be a diuretic so it's suggested you avoid it during pregnancy.

Honestly idk how people drink that stuff.. Tried it once and threw up!! I wNt even pregnant yet! Lol

Sad to say but this will have to wait until baby is born. It increases risk of getting contractions. It also can cause a drop in blood sugar. Aloe can also lower your electrolytes. Don't worry about the one you had, just avoid it in the future.

There's a brand called Alo. They sell aloe juice with chunks of aloe floating inside. It's really good. My favorite is the honey, my husband likes the mango flavor. They're hard to find though, I've only seen them in the south. Try Walgreen's or rite aid in the refrigerated section.
