Registering for toys?🎈

There seems to be a lot of stuff I need to register for. I didn’t even go near the toy section. 
Should I be registering for toys? How old are they when they play with ‘things’? First time Mom....

I didnt. People buy them regardless. We just told everyone for christmas to get stuff he can grow into as far as toys go.

we registered for 1 toy,  just because. we're 3 weeks out, and he has... a lot. you don't need to register for them, toys will naturally accumulate

We’re registering for a fair amount of toys - hoping to have things available for that 3-6 month range especially (which should get us through to right around Christmas muahahaha ;)).  That said, we also have a lot of the basics already so there was space on the registry and we wanted to preserve the completion discounts...

The only toy we registered for was the Lamaze dragonfly. My son didn’t show interest in individual toys until around 3 months, but now that my son is 4.5 months he seriously can’t get enough of that toy! We also registered for a Fisher Price playmat which has hanging toys.

I’ve registered for a lot of smaller toys like rattles and teethers, crinkly things, security blankets. I also have a walker, bouncer and door jumper on there, even though we won’t use those things for several months, it’s nice to have a list of what we like and if someone wants to buy them for us, cool!

I registered for a jumperoo and a couple “keep busy” toys, like the ones for strollers or suction to the table top. I also put a couple teethers on there as well, but that’s it. Friends handed down their son’s play mat, swing, and bouncy seat to us so we didn’t need any of that.

you can add a play mat gym, a jumper but that is really all they are going to use anytime soon.
