Ovulating late with short luteal phase

I have a 3 year old son and we've been trying to get pregnant for almost a year now. I got pregnant the first time trying with my son. My periods were every 28 days. Since I had my son my periods range from 24-26 days. I started taking the clearblue advanced digital ovulation test last month I got a peak smily on cd 17 and started my period on cd 24. I think the reason im not getting pregnant is my luteal phase is to short and implantation doesn't have time to happen before I start my period. Has any of you experienced this and is there any natural ways to fix this to help me get pregnant. I'm beginning to believe it's impossible for me to become pregnant again. It's so discouraging.  😞
