Sex life bummer

Okay well me an my fiance started living together over a year ago, an we never have sex and when we do it's not the best. He has an issue where he can't cum from intercourse so he has to Jack off everyday or every other leaving me to do my own business, and it's getting old I have a 2 year old from a previous relationship an my fiance came back into our lives when my son was a few months old. He looks at sex as a anger reliever, does anyone else have issues like this? how should I deal with it?
