TTC at 24

I have been trying to concieve for 4 years now. I have tried sex before my period started. Waited a week after it ended to have sex. My fiance and i are really looking forward to having a baby. My only thing is i had an abortion when i was 18 and not sure if that is affecting my capability to concieve.
