( !!! TMI !!! )Should i be concerned??

So AF showed her ugly face (four months ttc) well i had my normal cycle - 6 days and it went down to spotting like it was gonna go away and then the 7th day it came back, pretty heavy but not as heavy as it is when i first start and now on the 8th day i had some clear stretchy CM with blood in it and then some watery blood (a reddish brown) & now I’m back to spotting. My cycle has never lasted this long and it feels like my stomach is knotting up, like cramps but not as painful. Should i be worried? I had a ovary rupture 6 almost 7 years ago but it was so long ago i don’t remember how it started out before it actually ruptured. Has anyone else had this happen or possibly know what could be wrong? Feedback is greatly appreciated.
